- Definitions:
Bidder is the company or individual
who submits a price that he is willing to pay to the company for purchase of equipment
listed on the web site printpackbazaar.com
Company means Sheth Graphics (p)
Ltd, a company incorporated under the companies Act 1956 and having its registered office
in Kolkata.
Buyer means a company or individual
that places a firm order with the company along with an advance for purchase of a specific
machine or equipment.
- The Budgeted prices given on the site are Ex Factory
Amritsar. The bidder should quote the price that he is willing tp pay Ex Factory Amritsar.
- These prices do not include Packing, Forwarding,
Freight, Insurance, Excise, Octroi or Sales tax.
- The sales tax applicable is 4% against C form or 10%
otherwise.
- The bid placed by the visitor is an invitation to
offer. The Proforma invoice sent by the company will be considered as an offer. The
contract becomes operative when the offer is accepted and the buyer places an order with
advance.
- The order shall be accompanied by an advance of 35%
of the value of the order. The balance payment will be made through bank or before
delivery.
- The period of delivery is 4-6 weeks from the date of
the confirmed order.
- The company provides a warranty for one year
- The prices include the charge for erection and
commissioning in the buyers' premises any where in India. However, unskilled labour and
power is to be provided by the buyer.
